Christine Torres, Realtor
Christine is a 23 year Berthoud resident and a realtor of 16+ years. She represents the developer at the Harvest as well as Bronze Door Custom Homes. Her family of three kids grew up in the Berthoud schools, sports and music programs. She has had horses for 20+ years and loves helping folks find rural property that suits their needs.
Christine has worked with multiple Berthoud nonprofits over the years including Berthoud Community Fund, President of BHS Athletic Boosters for 4 years, on A Lil Help Team serving homebound seniors and parent liason with JROTC in TSD schools as both her sons were cadets.
Her love of Berthoud’s community spirit and collaborative nature was appreciated by the Harvest Developer as they worked together to find local businesses to create art, entry signs, marketing and more to share “the growing community” mission of the subdivision. Christine looks forward to bringing her experience in new builds, land development, resales and commercial sales to help the diverse needs of clients in Northern Colorado.

Cliff Johnson is a licensed and active real estate broker in the state of Colorado, and has held this license continuously since 1978. Cliff has worked in Loveland and the surrounding area for his entire 30-year career. After graduating from the University of Florida Cliff moved back to his home state and earned his real estate license. Within a few years, Cliff had met his wife, Lola, an elementary school teacher (and current school board member), and became one of the leading real estate agents (by sales volume) in the region. After four years, in 1982, he set up his own real estate brokerage and affiliated with Coldwell Banker in 1985.
Over the course of 17 years the brokerage became one of the largest in Loveland with 40 full time agents. In 1999, he sold his brokerage to Coldwell Banker, the largest real estate brokerage in the country. He is currently licensed with Realty One Group.
