Dave Keirns, President of Keirns Construction, was the 2007 recipient of the HBA of Northern Colorado Builder of the Year Award. this honor is given for Keirns’ service at the national level with the National Association of Home Builders and also at the local level with the Home Builders Association of Northern Colorado.
